We hold a Chas common assessment standard or elite accreditation which is the highest possible standard.
Our continued investment in equipment, technology and people, along with service delivery and compliance with latest Health & Safety requirements.

CHAS stands for the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme and is a nationally recognised accreditation scheme, established in 1997 to improve health and safety standards across the UK and provide prospective clients with regulated assessment of a supplier’s health and safety competence.
The full health & safety compliance of Igoe up ltd ,This ensures we are fully approved to work for all CHAS buyers, which include more than 500 public and private sector organisations, including councils, housing associations, NHS trusts and a growing number of large private companies.

To become successfully CHAS registered, means we have been assessed for their health & safety policy statement, organisational health & safety capability and management of health & safety. This has involved looking at risk assessments, method statements, examples of previous work, training, references and available resources, providing any prospective buyer with the assurance that Igoe up ltd have the ability, experience and resources to carry out their specific area of work and meet the required health & safety requirements.
